This ultralight flight simulator is based on the Quad City Challenger Ultralight aircraft. It can be built as a single seat or a dual seat unit. The front instrument panel is fully operational and as an option, a fully functional duplicate instrument panel can be mounted in the rear seat. The Challenger has the option of being equipped with floats, and that capability is also included in the simulator giving the ability to accomplish water landings and take offs.
As a turnkey solution this simulator will be completely interfaced with the computer system, and visual options range from a single forward view to 180 degree wraparound. A 5-way sound system is included, and vibration transducers provide motion cues. There is also an optional wind velocity system available.
